Terms of Wholesale Service

H&M Wholesale & Distributing sells exclusively to licensed businesses. Placing an order confirms that your business holds every licence required by North Carolina and federal law.

Account approval requires a valid state business licence, a tobacco/resale certificate where applicable, and verification of the details on your application. Accounts may be suspended if licence documents expire or cannot be verified.

Every product on this portal is restricted to adults 21 and over. Resale to anyone under 21 is prohibited, and you are responsible for age verification at your own point of sale.

Orders are subject to a $300 minimum and are supplied in full master-case or pack quantities. Prices, availability and flavour assortments follow live warehouse inventory and may change without notice.

Payment is due on delivery by cash or cheque unless written terms have been agreed for your account. Title passes on delivery and settlement of payment.
