We collect business contact details, licensing information, account credentials and order information to review wholesale eligibility, operate customer accounts, fulfil orders and protect the portal.

Licence documents are stored privately. Passwords are handled by the managed authentication service and are never visible to H&M Wholesale staff.

Account and order information is shared only with the service providers needed to operate the portal, send account emails and process orders through the warehouse system, or where required by law.

You may review or correct your account details from My Account, or request changes through your H&M Wholesale representative.
